Temple Emanu-El of Dallas, the oldest Reform Jewish congregation in the city and the largest synagogue in the South, responded in March to COVID-19 by restricting access to its sacred spaces. Worship services, educational activities, life cycle events — all were impacted.  In the months since, congregational life has remained vibrant, albeit often at a distance. The need to clearly communicate the Temple’s response to COVID during this ongoing and changing period of time became a necessity. When the Temple’s Coronavirus Task Force requested our assistance developing online information to serve the congregation, SullivanPerkins responded by volunteering. Using our design and programming skills, we created a microsite, which provides appropriate guidance and Temple Emanu-El’s plans for the congregation’s return.
