Totally right - but the problem is the definition of culture. As I notice nowadays, culture degenerates to a premise without being lived. It is kind of a brand. Without content.
I just watched a Gary V video in which he explains that a big key to scaling is being HR minded. That was some of the best advice I've heard in a long time. Good, practical advice. Relatable analogy from Gary Vaynerchuk, especially to those of us who suffered through some pretty clunky operating systems.
