Totally right - but the problem is the definition of culture. As I notice nowadays, culture degenerates to a premise without being lived. It is kind of a brand. Without content.

I just watched a Gary V video in which he explains that a big key to scaling is being HR minded. That was some of the best advice I've heard in a long time. Good, practical advice. I'm dedicated to putting that in play with our 15 or so employees so that we can keep growing and really love our work,

Relatable analogy from Gary Vaynerchuk, especially to those of us who suffered through some pretty clunky operating systems. Operating systems have evolved and gotten better by identifying and addressing their pain points allowing the apps to be more effective.
