Please note that we use USPS for shipping. Current USPS shipping length is taking longer than usually. Please check with the USPS website for questions and concerns. Once the item has been dropped off at the USPS (post office) Triple Goddess Apothecary and Reiki has no control over how long it will take for your package to arrive nor the route in which your package takes to get to your home. Please reach out to USPS with questions regarding shipping at 800-275-8777.

We are not responsible for lost items with USPS and cannot refund items if the post office loses them. You can purchase insurance on your items for $1.50 with insurance purchase if the post office loses your item they will refund your purchase price. You will get a tracking number through Etsy and via email where you can follow your package with USPS. If you would like to track your package that may be taking longer than normal use your tracking number and go to USPS.com you can request a claim be filed and register to track your package.
