For any woman who tries to find answers as to why her relationship has/have caused so much pain- this is a frank and to the point depiction of what we really need to sustain/obtain happiness in relationships. I have found that I have always blamed myself when it comes to relationships have failed/ended. We honestly need to value our true worth and remember that we are not always to blame. There are circumstances outlined in this book that we can all benefit from. I love it and do not feel it is a "male bashing" book by any means. Love it!

Great read. I went through it in one sitting. It's a wonderful reminder for men and women of what's necessary in a successful dating relationship. It's very validating to women's worth and very motivating for men's actions - and vice versa. As a woman, I've read this book and have been reminded of what I deserve in a relationship in comparison to what I've accepted. I appreciate Mr Soul's honesty and vulnerability and how he encourages men to be men who are honest, supportive, in tune with their personal and emotional self and committed to giving themselves in a respectful and growth-fostering way in relationships with women.

His words are really smooth as much as they are up-lifting. Definitely recommended!
