Even if you can go by yourself, you shouldn’t go through a health crisis alone. Please reach out to an adult for help—it can be a relative other than your parents or a close friend—because they were your age once, had the same struggles as you, and understand everything you’re going through. Please remember there are a lot of people on your side for getting the health care you need.
