An adorable baby potoroo has been caught on camera peeking out of his mother's pouch to bite on a strawberry.
Footage shows the marsupial's head peeping out of the pouch, while snacking on the red berry at Cleland Wildlife Park, south-west of Adelaide, on Tuesday.
The mother and joey were spotted by delighted visitors near the park's café garden as they soaked in the sun.
The miniature animals can grow up to 26cm in length and up to 1.6kg.
A Cleland Wildlife Park spokeswoman told Daily Mail Australia the baby potoroo would have been the 'size of a thumb'.
So visitors at the park will need to keep an open eye to spot the furry mammals in action.
The potoroo is the most critically endangered mammal species susceptible to feral cats and foxes, according to scientists at Latrobe University.
The video, uploaded on the park's Instagram, has gained nearly 12,500 views in one day.
