Do you have a story about when design made YOU feel included? Not the “primary demographic” not the “largest consumer market” but for YOU. When most of the world makes some of us feel like “others” these moment that make us feel like we belong mean everything. Selected speakers will have the opportunity to present their story at an upcoming AIGA KC event with our Diversity & Inclusion Taskforce.

Below are a few requirement for stories:
-Restricted to AIGA members, Design students, or Design professionals
-You must be available the evening of Aug 30th.
-Can be either personal or historical stories.
-You must be able to share your story within 3 mins.
-Visual slides are highly recommended.

Submissions due by August 8th.
