I will say I’ve been taking my car in fir service since 2017 and this is the first time I’ve had an advisor that seemed to car about me as a customer. I found her to be very polite, professional, knowledgeable and caring. You need to give her a $50 gift certificate like my company used to do for superior customer service. It’s probably gone up to $100 now since with my old company. Maybe she can give a training class on customer service.
