In Return to Delaware, Former Vice President Joe Biden Talks Public Health, Education

Former Vice President Joe Biden returned to Delaware Monday to address health and education in the First State and beyond.

Biden delivered the keynote address at the annual Vision Coalition of Delaware’s "Strengthening Partnerships in Health and Education: Delaware and the Nation" conference.

The former vice president focused on public health, community-wide response to crises and domestic violence against women, conference organizers said. The event took place at the University of Delaware's Clayton Hall Conference Center in Newark.

The speech comes as the 74-year-old Democrat leaves open the door to a possible 2020 presidential run.

"I haven't decided to run," Biden told InStyle magazine while promoting his new memoir. "But I've decided I'm not going to decide not to run. We'll see what happens."
