Florida man sentenced to prison for child porn charges in New Hanover Co.

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - A Florida man pleaded guilty to child pornography charges in a New Hanover County courtroom Thursday.
James Hadley Lynch, 31, pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and 12 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Lynch was sentenced to 12-34 months in prison with five years probation. He also got a suspended sentence of 15-78 months and will have to register as a sex offender for 30 years after his release from prison.
Officials with the District Attorney's Office said Lynch is from Florida and was in the area for work at the time of his arrest.
