4. SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER

Show your hometown pride while supporting Local First Arizona’s statewide sustainability efforts by selecting the Keep Arizona Beautiful specialty license plate when you renew your vehicle registration.
That’s right, $17.00 of the Keep Arizona Beautiful license plate’s annual $25.00 fee will benefit Local First Arizona’s support for community cleanups, recycling events, and beautification projects throughout Arizona!

One of the simplest things you can do to support Local First Arizona is use our online business directory to find local businesses and to tell them you're there because they're local. Keep your money where your home is and think "Local First!"

Find locally grown and produced food in our online directory, as well as farmers, producers, markets, and services that enrich our vibrant food community. Good Food Finder is also an educational hub, providing resources on how you can join, grow, learn about, and support Arizona’s local food movement.
10. BANK LOCALLY
Look up who you bank with. Are they local? Do they have a history of redlining and not lending to communities of color? Are they prioritizing bailing out large corporations instead of your neighborhood coffee shop? Locally owned and operated community banks and credit unions stand with us through ups and downs, support our local entrepreneurs, and are dedicated to our communities.
