The Lego Group and Blizzard Entertainment are teaming up for a line of Lego sets based on Overwatch. The first Overwatch hero to get the Lego treatment will be Bastion, and he’s available to order right now from Blizzard’s online store.
That Lego set is exclusive to the Blizzard Gear Store — both online and physically at BlizzCon next month — and presents Bastion in his Omnic Crisis skin. Presumably, when the full line rolls out, Bastion’s original color scheme will be part of Lego’s offerings.
The Omnic Bastion kit costs $25 and consists of 182 pieces, including Lego bricks for a miniature Ganymede, Bastion’s best bird buddy. Lego Bastion stands more than 4 inches (12 cm) tall. It’s not clear if an alternate build of Bastion will let Lego enthusiasts create a sentry-style version of the character (the box and product listing don’t mention it).
Here’s a look at Bastion in his “recon” mode:
Blizzard and the Lego Group announced their partnership in May. In early October, Blizzard gave Overwatch fans their first taste of the Lego line with a teaser for a tiny Tracer made of Lego. A previous teaser showed Lego versions of characters like McCree, Mercy, Genji, Soldier: 76 and Widowmaker.
Licensed Overwatch products are also coming from Nerf, which is producing toy guns based on the game’s weapons, alongside existing toys from Funko and Good Smile Company.
