Pamela Geller highlighted a story on June 2nd from France that caught my attention because it demonstrated just how far the “City of Light” (Paris) has gone over to “the dark side,” that is, to Islam.

“Muslim who screamed “Allahu akbar” while brutally murdering French Jewish woman may not be tried, “not in his right mind.” The story is taken mostly from The Times of Israel.

A Muslim man suspected in the violent murder of an elderly French-Jewish woman in Paris in early April may not face murder charges, as claims that he was not in his right mind when he committed the act are being considered.

The suspect has been hospitalized for psychiatric evaluation since his arrest for the murder of Sarah Halimi, 66, on April 4. His name has not been released but he is known to be a 27-year-old African Muslim and a neighbor of the victim.

Halimi was beaten severely before the suspect pushed her to her death out of the window of her apartment on Vaucouleurs Street in the heavily Muslim 11th district of Paris, considered a crime-ridden area.

His lawyer, Thomas Bidnic, told AFP on Wednesday that there was a strong chance he would not be held “criminally responsible” for the murder. The lawyer based this assessment on the medical advice of the suspect’s examiners.

Judicial experts will now need to determine whether the insanity claims are valid.

From France, Germany, Sweden, and other European nations come innumerable stories of Muslims apprehended after committing horrendous crimes only to be declared “mentally ill” (or who were just too “young” to be treated as adults) and so can’t be held responsible for the crimes. WND reports, even though stabbing attacks, vehicle jihad, and suicide bombings are committed by individuals who are in full possession of their faculties and are in the right Islamic mind:

It certainly seems that way, says a noted expert on jihad.

The latest “mentally unstable” young man to launch a seemingly random attack on unarmed civilians was Zakaria Bulhan, a 19-year-old Somali Muslim who had been resettled in Norway at the age of 5. Bulhan singled out an American woman in London and stabbed her to death Wednesday on a busy square filled with tourists, then injured five others in a stabbing spree before being apprehended.

“Authorities have ascribed jihad terror to mental illness on numerous occasions,” said Robert Spencer, including the Orlando, San Bernardino and Chattanooga attacks in the United States. Sometimes it sticks, but usually, days, weeks or even months later, when few people are still paying attention, the police will retract their earlier statements and admit it was a terrorist attack.

I have argued in several columns that Islam is a ”theology” or “religion” whose inescapable political imperatives – and Islam is nothing without its political character --  command Muslims to spread and obey the “faith” through terror, murder, mutilation and sexual assault. These actions require goal-directed action; they are not committed willy-nilly on the spur of the moment; they are not random instances of wackiness, or a Muslim suddenly being overwhelmed by a brain wave to shout “Allahu Akbar” and stab or shoot away.

But if there is any “mental illness,” Muslims are not the only “victims” of it. Western politicians are burdened and silenced by their own brand of it, chiefly for fear of being labeled “racist” or “bigots” if they ascribe such “erratic” and dangerous behavior to the nature of Islam, which can lobotomize or sabotage one’s rational faculties and banish reason from one’s thought processes.

Daniel Greenfield comments on how the authorities (East, West, South, and North) engage in tongue-twisting, mental gymnastics to avoid “offending” the Islamic Ummah by ascribing the latest stabbing, rape, or murder by a member of the Muslim flock to “mental illness” or lack of employment opportunities, and other external drivers. The Press complies with the explanations also for fear of raising the lice-ridden hackles of Muslims. The latest episode occurred in Australia.

Muslim killers seek to become “perfect” Muslims. Ann Corcoran of The Center for Security Policy, details the ongoing influx of Muslims into the U.S. in her Refugee Resettlement and the Hijra to America (Center for Security Policy, 2015) explains the “troubled” and obsessed mental state of a Jihadist:

Islamic doctrine holds that Mohammed is the perfect Muslim and, therefore, that emulation of his life is evidence of the highest level of devotion for the faithful. According to the sacred texts and traditions of Islam, Mohammed left his home town of Mecca in the 7th century and traveled with a small band of followers to the city of Yatrib (now Medina), in what has become known as the hijra (migration). He did so with the intent of establishing a new base of operations from which to conquer and rule.

Hijra remains the model to this day for jihadists who seek to populate and dominate new lands.  Their migrations are not for the purpose of assimilating peacefully in a new host nation, adopting as their own its traditions and legal systems. Rather, Mohammed’s followers, in keeping with the example established by their prophet , are driven first to colonize and then to transform non-Muslim target societies – whether through violent means or via stealthy, pre-violent ones favored by the Muslim Brotherhood when it is not powerful enough to use violence decisively.

What Western morality deems as criminal acts, Islam treats as acts of virtue, as professions of faith and adherence to a primitive “morality.” This is why I regard it as fruitless to try and instruct Muslims of the wrongness and evil of their actions when raping, murdering, and looting. That kind of concrete-bound mentality, especially one that was raised in a culture that permits anything in terms of dealing with others  –  and especially in dealing with “outsiders” or non-believers, i.e.,  infidels – is immune to “integration,” culturally and epistemologically. Muslim minds are arrested at nearly the level of chimpanzees in which there is also a “caste” system or pecking order.

Chimps are not conceptual creatures, and neither is the average Muslim that does not resort to violence to be loyal to his “faith.” It is the jihadists who take Islam literally who become predatory because of clashing priorities in their minds. But it’s difficult to predict when your average, non-intellectual Muslim will turn jihadist. Almost to a man, virtually every description of a jihadist who has committed some crime is that he was “quiet” and an otherwise “nice guy.”

I am more and more convinced that, aside from its totalitarian elements, Islam, from a psychological perspective, deliberately plants the seed of criminality in the average Muslim. The essence of any criminal act is the initiation of force – whether it’s robbery, rape, vandalism, etc., which is to wish for and take the unearned. I should think that would be obvious to the occasional reader of the last few weeks’ depredations, from the two Paris massacres to the rape of a 5-year-old girl in Idaho by “underage” Muslim boys I see nothing but an inculcated urge to kill, maim, to inflict pain and humiliation, and this urge is sanctioned by any number of Koranic verses and Hadiths. Here is a small handful of Islam sanctioned orders to commit crimes:

Violent verses from the Koran:

2:191-193: “And slay them wherever you come upon them, and expel them from where they expelled you; persecution is more grievous than slaying. But fight them not by the Holy Mosque until they should fight you there; then, if they fight you, slay them — such is the recompense of unbelievers, but if they give over, surely Allah is All-forgiving, All-compassionate. Fight them, till there is no persecution and the religion is Allah’s; then if they give over, there shall be no enmity save for evildoers.”

4:34: “Men are the managers of the affairs of women for that Allah has preferred in bounty one of them over another, and for that they have expended of their property. Righteous women are therefore obedient, guarding the secret for Allah’s guarding. And those you fear may be rebellious admonish; banish them to their couches, and beat them. If they then obey you, look not for any way against them; Allah is All-high, All-great.”

4:89: “They wish that you should disbelieve as they disbelieve, and then you would be equal; therefore take not to yourselves friends of them, until they emigrate in the way of Allah; then, if they turn their backs, take them, and slay them wherever you find them; take not to yourselves any one of them as friend or helper.”

5:33: “This is the recompense of those who fight against Allah and His Messenger, and hasten about the earth, to do corruption there: they shall be slaughtered, or crucified, or their hands and feet shall alternately be struck off; or they shall be banished from the land. That is degradation for them in this world; and in the world to come awaits them a mighty chastisement.”

Annihilate them in Manchester, 

on London and Westminster Bridges!

Slay them by committing vehicular jihad on Westminster or London Bridge, or by stabbing them regardless of gender, or by slaughtering their children in Manchester. Islamic behavior fits the bill completely: Muslims are racists (how else to explain the multiple crimes against Westerners?); they are xenophobes, even when they have invaded and settled in Western nations and expect Westerners to conform and observe Islamic practices and Sharia law; Muslims have an internal caste system, beginning at the top with imams and mullahs (the “spiritual leaders”) descending to women, the lowest caste in Islamic society, except for the occasional female spokesmen for Islam and who are just window dressing.

Muslims like to “know their place” and will not depart from it, but those who dare to leave the Ummah (the larger tribal group) are usually punished with death (honor killings), or physical maiming or disfigurement, such as with acid attacks); Muslims are “snobbish” (we are the superior group and all you infidels are lesser beings); the common “ancestor.” 

And if they do not fight Islam, slay them anyway for being indifferent to your aspirations and the will of Allah.
