Before starting a personal training session, I always take a few minutes to talk to my clients, checking in on how they are feeling today, how they felt after their last workout, what's happening in their world. This gives me perspective on how best to work with my clients in the current workout. I always listen to their answers to give me guidance to which exercises will work for them today. I always take you, your body, your lifestyle into consideration when developing programs so they will work for you at this stage in your life. Betsy is a prime example of a woman aspiring to be her best, and I loving being able to encourage her every step of the way.
