Reuters: At SAP employee mindfulness leads to higher profits
We are featured with the 'soft' topic of mindfulness on Reuters. Grateful of my amazing team, all our supporters and what we achieved in the last years.
Reuters.com - At Germany's SAP, employee mindfulness leads to higher profits
The picture shows me leading a mindfulness exercise for about 1,800 staff at SAP headquarters in Germany when we kicked of the 'SAP for You' program. This program brings many different mindfulness offerings complemented by fitness and health offerings to 22,000 German employees. I am amazed and grateful to see how mindfulness is promoted in SAP's culture. Thanks to the two 'SAP for You' initiators Dr. Daniel Holz and Cawa Younossi.

5yI don't think that the motivations of the corporation are important to those whose quality of life has improved due to a corporate mindfulness program. And I'd be surprised if research showed that if increased profits were the prime motivator for such programs, the benefits decreased. That's the essence of my argument with David Marchese, NYMag.com - Science of Us wrote about this (Your Boss Wants You to Be Happier. This Is Not a Good Thing). I didn't find his arguments convincing: https://bit.ly/2o9jROC
