We are proud to launch the first-ever Austin Fast Start, a partnership between the City of Austin's Economic Development Department, the Austin Young Chamber, and DivInc with support from 3 Day Startup.

Austin Fast Start is a pitch competition that will occur once per quarter, focused on the following economic development priorities: Consumer Packaged Goods (October 2017), Ed Tech (March 2018), Fashion (June 2018), and Bio / Med Tech (Sept 2018). Applicants do not need to have a business launched yet, and do not need to be a member of any partner organizations to apply.

The application below will be submitted to judges from across the community with diverse backgrounds and skills. Those selected will have five minutes to pitch the audience on the value of their product or service by either presenting a slide show presentation with no more than five slides or giving a live demonstration of the product.

Once the presentation is complete, the judges will ask key questions for no more than eight minutes and the winner will be selected by the audience. Winners will receive at least $2,000 plus bragging rights as the winner of the Austin Fast Start!
