The place regulars call “Bru” will occupy 6,000 square feet on the first floor of the new BlueSky Technology Partners headquarters, 350 Westfield Road, Noblesville Mayor John Ditslear and BlueSky co-owners Todd Irwin and Eric Warne announced during BlueSky’s ribbon-cutting ceremony this week.

Bru is known for classic and unconventional burgers like the Honey Chipotle BBQ Burger, a half-pound chuck, sirloin and brisket patty topped with bacon, white cheddar and caramelized onions. It sits under a load of honey chipotle barbecue-sauced pulled pork stuffed inside a beer-battered onion ring. Fans have nicknamed the stack Meat Sweats and it earned a place on Esquire magazine’s list of the most over-the-top burgers in every state.
Food plays a significant role in Noblesville growth of late, Deputy Mayor Steve Cooke said.
In June, a mac and cheese festival brought hundreds of people to Federal Hill Commons urban park and amphitheater, which opened in April and, Cooke said, was part of what attracted BlueSky, a digital consulting and marketing firm. Food Truck Fridays with live music happen there at lunchtime every Friday. In March, the city reached out to Bru Burger Bar owner Cunningham restaurant group about bringing the restaurant to Noblesville, Cooke said.
Bru is the second Cunningham Restaurant Group spot in the Noblesville area. Stone Creek Dining is at Hamilton Town Center.
