2What exactly are spring packs and how are they used in vehicle manufacturing?
Before we explain spring packs, let’s talk about the part of the car that they enable - the transmission. The transmission takes power from the engine and delivers it to the wheels at various speeds. It allows the engine to change between gears and run at higher and lower speeds. When the transmission changes gears, it’s the spring pack that pushes those gears into place. You know that slight pause when the gears are changing? That’s our part, doing its job!
3What is it like to work on the production floor?
Most of our employees work on the production floor. This is the heart of our business, and we value those who help bring our product to life. The production floor is a fast-paced environment where you multitask at your own machine. But unlike other production floors, we want you to have a say in the work you do which is why you get to select your job each day, so you don't get bored doing the same thing over and over.

Our hiring process looks a bit different depending on the role, but there are generally 5 steps: 1. Apply for an open role (you can do that directly on this page!) 2. Get to know us via a phone call 3. Visit us onsite for an interview 4. Test drive the role to showcase your skills and experiences and experience what it’s like to work with us. 5. 7Are people promoted from within the company?
Yes – being a smaller organization who values our people, we have the flexibility to promote internally and even allow you opportunities to experience different parts of the business with special assignments. 8Are there part-time positions available?
Yes - from time to time we offer part-time positions on our production floor and other roles for those who require greater flexibility. If you join us in a part-time role, you will work a set schedule each week, so you never have to wonder or worry what days you’ll be scheduled or how many hours you’ll work each week.
9What benefits are offered and when do new hires get benefits?
We offer a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, prescription plan, dental plan, vision plan, life insurance, short term disability, and 401k with company match. New hires can elect benefits after completing 30 days of employment.
10How much overtime can I expect to work?
When demand fluctuates, we sometimes work 10-hour days and Saturdays to meet production. We never work on Sundays or holidays and always communicate in advance when we expect to work overtime.
11What is the leave time policy and how much leave time do employees receive?
We offer paid vacation, holiday, sick, and emergency vacation time. Additional vacation time off is granted with increasing years of service. We also pay a generous anniversary cash bonus when you meet our service milestones.
