Peek into new Murfreesboro restaurant Dallas & Jane

Last week we had the delight to attend Dallas & Jane’s private tasting alongside several Nashville wedding planners & vendors. Dallas and Jane is a new restaurant by local chef, Alex Belew, and is now open in Murfreesboro, TN near  Northfield and Memorial. We heard from the team there and I was delighted to discover that they are able to do on site catering as well as host rehearsal dinners and more intimate events in their restaurant.

Chef Alex Belew has put a lot of thought into the design of his new restaurant and is excited to bring a new dining experience to Murfreesboro. He has created a space that cultivates conversation and community, with an open floor concept the space certainly caters to this idea. The most iconic part of the restaurant I believe is the bar. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a statement piece that is both inviting and visually appealing. In line with creating a sense of community Chef Belew is sourcing a lot of the ingredients locally

And be sure to check out the elegant cake designed in house by their team member, Madi. She is super talented and has spent several years working at another well known local Murfreesboro bakery. I am absolutely loving the design she had for this elegant succulent cake as well as the intricate paper thing fondant layers for the second cake.
