Sheraton is Recruiting an Assistant Credit Manager à Djibouti
The role will involve working closely with the Credit Manager and assisting with supervising the junior Credit Controllers in the team.
Main Responsibilities:
1.To assist Credit Manager with daily responsibilities
2.Cash flow forecasting
3.Dealing with major accounts
4.High volume of calls and emails chasing from debtors
5.Carry out credit checks on new clients, determining credit limits and payment terms
6.To create new client set ups onto system
7.Banking and cash allocation onto system when required
8.Maintain Credit Card receipts - Reconciliation and allocation.
9.Produce final notice letters and escalate to Credit Manager for legal action.
10.Liaise with sales Account Managers regarding overdue/disputed accounts
11.Deal with billing escalations
12.Prepare various reports for Credit Manager
13.Issue Credit and Debit Journals when required
Job Requirements/Competencies
1.Strong analytic and numeric skills
2.At least 3 years’ credit control experience
3.Good IT skills including MS Excel
4.Able to prioritise your workload and demonstrate flexibility
