Chip and Joanna Gaines announced Tuesday that the upcoming fifth season of their home renovation show Fixer Upper will be its last. The Waco, Texas couple's adorable antics (Chip goofing off with antiques, Joanna rolling her eyes) and beautiful renovations quickly made Fixer Upper HGTV's highest-rated show. The final season premieres Nov. 28, so you still have time to become invested in another house-flipping couple before it's over for good. Behind the Design

Joanna Gaines
HGTV

You'll have to let Fixer Upper go, but you can hold out hope for more Chip and Joanna. In March, the couple announced a series spinoff Behind the Design, which will feature Joanna sharing her interior decorating expertise designing the homes they flip. Unless the announcement of the original series ending alters the spin-off, we can expect Behind the Design in spring 2018.

Flip or Flop

Tarek Christina and El Moussa Flip or Flop CR: HGTV
HGTV

It's the house flipping series that launched a thousand spin-offs. Well, only six, actually, but the original's success speaks for itself. Southern California couple Christina and Tarek El Moussa, who created the HGTV juggernaut in 2013, split in December but still work as partners on the show. That should make for some...interesting TV. The seventh season premieres in December.

Or, if you're just interested in the eye candy, watch Drew on Dancing With the Stars this season.

Nate & Jeremiah by Design

TLC
TLC

This series from interior designer couple Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent might be ushering in a wave of gay home renovation content. In light of its successful first season (it was renewed by TLC for season 2 in August). HGTV aired a pilot of another husband-husband house flipping duo on Down to the Studs in June. In By Design, Nate and Jeremiah help families escape amateur renovation and design nightmares, like DIYs gone terribly wrong.

Texas Flip n Move

TexasFlipNMove_01
HGTV

In this DIY Network series, three teams of Texas home renovators compete to buy low and sell high. However, the series' format significantly raises the stakes on other flipping shows. The teams buy the homes at auction, without the land, meaning they have to move their whole purchase in one piece to a new lot. Watch if you want to see competitive banter between some sassy Texans. The show's seventh season premieres Oct. 6.
