MEET KALI

What I am NOT is someone who will show up to your session, take photos and leave. I WON'T commit to documenting your big moments without really getting to know you. And I am NOT afraid to get all up in your personal space to create beautiful, raw, emotional images.

All that said - HI!!! I am Kali Mikelle. Married a cute guy named Logan, and amazingly created two little humans Remi and Theo! I love family, it's one of the most important things to me. Which in turn fuels my passion for documenting other peopole's family dynamics. Whether it is a new baby, new marriage, or a new journey I love having a small part in telling other people's stories through the art of photographs.

I crave authenticity, truly. I am terrible at small talk and I do my best to avoid it. I love one on one conversations that I know will be at least an hour long - aka coffee dates. It's super hard for me to open up if I feel that I won't get the chance to know a person beyond a surface level and that pushes me to want more deep relationships and less acquaintances.
