According to Records Operator Jeff Clevenger, the water towers went down around 5 a.m. Sunday.
The towers were back in operation an hour later but the water pressure is still low.
Residents are advised to boil their water for 3 minutes before use.
Clevenger says the advisory should be in effect until Tuesday.
