Horizontal Scrolling Now Available with Ultra and Fullpane
To all our Fullpane and Ultra fans, we have good news! We've added a brand new feature to both themes – horizontal scrolling! As one of the most commonly requested features, you can now scroll horizontally with the section scrolling feature.
The horizontal scrolling feature is great for eCommerce, portfolio, and media sites, allowing you to highlight one feature product, one major project, or one stunning photo at a time. Horizontal scroll is also perfect for filling a screen to showcase a beautiful image, and works great for media agencies, photographers, and art galleries alike.
With Themify’s responsive design, horizontal scrolling on your site will look good whether you’re on a mobile or tablet as well. The section will resize based on whatever resolution you’re viewing your website on, ensuring that it will fit the container.
Select either horizontal or vertical scroll for the entire page or on each row. You can even choose to have mixed scroll direction by changing the scrolling option for each row.
Simply update your Ultra and Fullpane and take advantage of this new feature!

Unfortunately, not at this time. This feature is only going to be on the Ultra and Fullpane theme.

When will this be pushed out? I’m running version 3.4.8 and in the update panel is says there is nothing new available.

It is released already. Try to reinstall the latest version (go to Themify > Updates, click “Re-install Theme”).

I thought this would just be so awesome for the music theme… Or if I could use the ultra theme with the music player on the bottom for Mp3 files… because music artists have to be creative!

I seem to be having the same issue as Kurt? Even on the template theme, i can’t scroll past the first module (I can’t scroll vertical or horizontal, even though the content is definitely there) Did you resolve the problem easily?

Hi,
This is just what I’ve been looking for.
the demo page is a hodgepodge of options.
I need a site that will scroll left to right with the up and down scoll of motion of a mouse.
NOT by clicking R or L –
Can it respond this way with proper settings?

Hi,
The Section Scrolling works with mouse scroll and also with trackpads scrolling up / down moves the Horizontal Section scrolling from Right to Left, but I am not sure what you mean by “scoll of motion of a mouse” by “motion” do you mean by just moving the mouse without clicking or scrolling with the mousewheel?

Yes, Horizontal section works with Menu ID Anchors, please add Row Anchors to the sections ( Rows ), then you can use the anchors in the WordPress Menu to link your menu items to horizontal sections. The pencil option doesn’t seem to be available anymore. I have front end row options available but it doesn’t have the horizontal scroll feature for in the row options even after I enable the feature in the backend page builder. Is it because this video is from 2017? Because I don’t even have that gray bar?

I also don’t get the option to change horizontal/vertical on themify ultra. The builder has been updated and I can’t make it work. I’ll test Fullpane, but here it says Ultra should also have it.
