Collins was actually great, super attentive to my hundred questions. The only reason he couldn't 'help secure' a loan is simply because I acted too soon in contacting hashching.. I was tentatively approved at Westpac and got worried it will fall through. The morning after I spoke to Collins I found out my loan approved. All in all 100% great customer service: he was very patient with my questions. If I need to deal with a broker in the future he'd definitely be my first contact.

Seemed to say he could beet my current rate of 4.43% but when i asked who with he said many banks and wanted to get all my details etc. I have some 15 propwerties and going through all of that withput some pre qualification which lender isnt helpful for my busy schedule. My current broker has tried several m]lenders so i decided best to stick with them. Good service though but i wanted a little more transperancey so we didnt waste eveyones time.
