We have used Boxx for many years

We have used Boxx for many years. We only ever had one problem . It was sorted out immediately. I found the person on the telephone (Steven ) very friendly .
I recommend this company. They talk to you in plain English not computer words lol.

Great service

To date we have so far had a great service by the whole team at Boxx.

The only issue we had was the install of our City Fibre line which took weeks for their engineers to complete; however, this was beyond Boxx's control and they managed to get it sorted in time - Thanks.

Steve Davie was also brilliant when he attended our office to get the fibre line running. A very knowledgeable guy.

Excellent service

Excellent service. The team at BoxxComms are very patient and efficient. Guided me through the connection process remotely with ease (I'm not great with technology). Internet is working well and super speedy. Very happy.

Amazing Support by Jamie

Literally phenomenal support from Jamie Gillam, really responsive and quick to resolve any teething issues (of which they were a few minor, and to be expected) after our install and transition - thank you so much for all the help 😊

Had our install done by Carl Yeend and Steven Davie, incredibly patient, thorough and utterly professional - and had a laugh with me and my team, made the transition seemless.

I really cannot recommend these guys enough, the install and aftercare has been out of this world. Thanks from all of us.

Engineer's who will go the extra mile to help

The engineer's up against time constraints still went the extra mile to diagnose and help resolve a problem that wasn't of their creation. They won't give up on you and will try their best to ensure they leave the customer site working and migrated to the new systems.

Efficient and Great Services from Boxx Communication

Efficient and great service. Prompt response to enquiries. We normally agreed with TalkTalk Business Lease line but then Carl appeared and get back the job in favour of Boxx Communication. He is very talented in term of customer management and he always keeps order process until completed. Clara followed up by weekly our order very closely as it has very bureaucratic obstacles in its nature. Finally Steven on site engineer made everything smoothly working. I am happy to select local company instead nationwide one. Great work from start to finish.

Highly Recommended

I can't say anything negative about the demo and installation service. Boxx Comms provided us the service which suits our needs. I can call it a one stop shop- telephone line, mobile phones and call recordings. Hassle free process and extra helpful Point of Contact. 5 Star for Carl Y. and his Engineer too. Very patient with start up and reliable as always. Highly recommended

Storm damage and internet down

We found ourselves without internet after a night of heavy rain. As accountants not having internet connection to our files/emails/HMRC portals and having our phones down, is nerve wracking. Oliver at Boxx was able to quickly identify that it was a fault on the line and later on BT were climbing up the telegraph pole outside our office and services resumed. In the meantime, Oliver patiently assisted me in setting up a mobile hotspot using my phone, which kept us operational. Well done to Oliver and Boxx.

Breath of Fresh Air

We came to Boxx after having countless customer service issues with previous suppliers and it was a breath of fresh air to speak to someone on the phone who was local and available to come on site and get a genuine feel for our requirements. We are so happy with our set up now and have full confidence in Boxx to remedy any issues we may have asap. Carl has been great

Lease line

Lease Line.
We are a small business who use technology to run our business. Carl came to see use regarding a lease line, as we are in a rural setting with none existent broadband.
To say we knew nothing about lease lines is an understatement. He explained the technology and how’re could utilise phone and broadband on same Line.
I cannot recommend Carl and Boxx Communications enough. Friendly, knowledgeable and competitively priced. 👍

Great Value & Fantastic Customer Service

Have dealt with Carl Yeend who has been friendly, efficient and couldn't have done more to assist us. Platform is also very slick, the pricing offers really good value for money and customer service has been fantastic. I will definitely be switching from our current providers when our term is up.

Had Marc Coleman offer a few different…

Had Marc Coleman offer a few different options for my comms and Internet. He went though all the different options thoroughly and only advised things that I needed. Always on hand if I have any questions that need answering and nothing is too much of a problem. I had 1 issue which was nothing to do with BOXX (open reach) and Marc quickly responded and offered an alternative. Great guys and really helpful.

Box sent out a new router before…

Box sent out a new router before Christmas to overcome data download issues. However, it was configured for our main site and not a secondary site we operate, so needed to be reconfigured. Akeem assured me that the service would be available over the Christmas period to get that reconfigured over the phone for me, and sure enough, when we felt we were ready to change the router over, the technical team were there for us, and we were up and running with minimal fuss and bother. Can't fault them and we're very happy with the outcome.

Highly Recommended!

Boxx Communications dealt with my issue in a fast and professional manner. They were very kind and managed to fix our problem quickly. Steven was very helpful and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, this made me feel a lot more comfortable and taught me a lot too! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic service

I used Boxx recently to sort out my telephony system after moving into new offices. I explained the functionality I wanted and Marc advised me on how it should work and what I would need. From there it was a slick and professional service with short delivery times, top notch aftersales support and a good price. Overall a fantastic service.

Pretty much a seamless transfer from…

Pretty much a seamless transfer from old system to new. Great support throughout with Boxx Comm setting everything up initially then coming back in to programme some additional features to tailor the system to how we wanted it to work. Very happy with the new system and the choice of provider!!

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could

I've used Boxx many times since I started my business and they have always been excellent in terms of value and service. I have added to my communication setup as the business has expanded and they have made it so easy with their honest advice and excellent after sales support.
I can't rate them highly enough
