Friday, November 13, 2015: After laying down the ground rules for the hearing, the judge read the entire petition Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) filed against me. In front of her was the stack of all 30,000+ pages of evidence we sent to the court in October. Lourdes bound the files by the case with a summary of each case accompanying each file. The judge needed the next 45-minutes to read each and every summary. Looking over at Adriana’s attorney, Graciela Alarcon Barreda could not stop playing with her hair and with each passing summary that the judge read, the other attorney’s head sunk lower and lower as if he was falling asleep sitting up. In reality he was in obvious disbelief at what a farce he got himself involved with. From there, every time Adriana’s attorneys opened their mouths the worse it got for them. The hearing could not end fast enough for them.

The Irapuato DA agreed with our position that Irapuato does not have jurisdiction over this case because Adriana filed a similar case case 2 years ago in Tijuana. Not to mention all the other petitions Adriana walked out on. The DA added that based on the 30,000+ pages of evidence we provided, not sending the case back to Tijuana sets a dangerous precedence, allowing Adriana to continue what she is doing and when the going gets tough for her she goes on the run only to do this again in another city. Not to mention the lack accountability she has faced for being so irresponsible. DA’s words, not mine.

The beauty of court proceedings in this part of Mexico is that they are all video and audio recorded. We will get a copy of both. Alarcon Barreda tried to argue that Adriana fled Tijuana to get away from me because I am “so aggressive and violent”. The judge quickly responded, “According to the plaintiff’s petition, she was living with the defendant in Irapuato with the daughter the whole time. So, now all of a sudden you recognize she actually lived in Tijuana?”

Alarcon Barreda ignored the question and asked the judge to continue the hearing until they had time to read all the evidence we filed against their petition. In a stern and authoritative voice, the judge declared “NO! You can access the files on your own time, not mine.”

Next, the judge wanted to spend some time with Samantha.
