The Gout Killer News!

I've been doing this #killgout thing for so long, sometimes I forget all the important stuff I've learned to keep myself gout free...

Either that, or it's just become so second nature to me that I forgot how important it really is.  At the top of the list is Breathing...full, deep, conscious, measured breathing.  I woke up this morning and found myself doing my breathing exercises before I got out of bed and thought, "dang it!  I haven't talked enough about healthy breathing lately!"
Today is the day - lucky you!

In case you never noticed, breathing is the most fundamental thing you doing as a (living) human being.  Learning how to do it as well as you possibly can, is pretty much the most important thing you can do for yourself.

So...how are you doing with it?  ...that's what I thought.

Of all the things you can do for gout, breathing is at the top of the list.  Of all the ways we maintain good acid / alkaline balance within our biochemical make up, breathing is the way the we do more for ourselves than anything else we do on a moment to moment basis.

The other part of it is that the way every cell in our bodies work, they depend on oxygen, therefore good, complete oxygenation.

The long and the short of it is, if you learn to breathe correctly, you will be much healthier, and most likely, get gout a lot less often.

Anyway, this trusty page of mine has a very section to explain about breathing, as well how to do it - here's a snippet:

  * low blood oxygen equates to high acidity levels ...
  * gout pain leads to shallow breathing...
  * developing your "breathing muscles" is a must...

Breathing is the free-est, easiest, thing your can do to overcome gout...but I have found it's the hardest thing to get people to do.

The Question Is:  "Do You Have Gout Because of Shallow Breathing?"

   ...hmmmm...maybe...
...now that you mention it, definitely...
...I don't know but I'm going to work on it!
