Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health (WDG Public Health) is inviting practicing veterinarians in our community to participate in a survey on the topic of One Health. WDG Public Health would like your feedback in order to assess whether veterinarians’ are interested in collaborating with Public Health on One Health surveillance and education projects. Your feedback will be used to inform our One Health strategy.

This survey will take approximately 8 to 10 minutes and is completely voluntary. Your responses will be anonymous and will be combined with others for analysis. Personal information that could identify you will not be shared in the final report. This survey has received approval from WDG Public Health’s Research Ethics Committee.

Take the survey online.

This survey will remain open until Friday, March 10, 2017.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Leslie Binnington, Health Promotion Specialist at 1-800-265-7293 ext. 4244 or by email at Leslie.Binnington@wdgpublichealth.ca. Thank you.
