Robots are not simply coming after jobs in the near future: soon they will be telling people how to get them, too.

Andi, an artificial intelligence-based interview coach developed by a Californian company called Botanic, will begin training applicants for three occupations later this year.

The cartoon avatar will not only ask multiple choice questions, it will also size up applicants’ personalities through the patterns in their speech and body language as they address it through a video camera.
