DeSoto passes 12,000 cases of COVID-19 and other community information

Here’s what you need to know about how the coronavirus pandemic continues to affect the city of DeSoto.

Since the outbreak of the coronavirus, DeSoto has recorded a total of 12,018 cases, with 35 new cases this week up from 31 new cases last week. According to KXAS-TV (NBC 5), the number of deaths in DeSoto is 195.

Dallas County data is available online and updated on a weekly basis. Dallas County does not report which cases are considered active or recovered.
