Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Monday Scrambled eggs with spinach, diced onions, andgoat cheese Grilled chicken breast

1/2 avocado, slices

Mixed green salad dressed withlemon

Baked salmon with lemon pepper seasoning

Cauliflower rice

Baked asparagus

Tuesday Banana Shake: Blend 3/4 cup of almond milk

1 banana, 1/2 cup of spinach, 1/4 cup of kale, a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon, ice. Enjoy1

Tomato stuffed with tuna salad

Sliced raw peppers

Steak Fillet topped with Dijon mustard and baked until your preferred doneness

Baked carrots tossed with EVOO and 1/4 of cumin

 

Wednesday Omelet with spinach, onions and milk, cheddar cheese

1 chicken-apple sausage

A Burger on a bed of arugula with EVOO and balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup of grape tomatoes

Turkey meatloaf

Cauliflower puree,

Fresh root vegetables

 

Thursday Mango-Raspberry Shake: Blend 3/4 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of mangoes and raspberries, 1/2 cup of spinach, and ice Lentil soup topped with a chopped hard-boiled egg

1 orange

Baked chicken thighs

Mashed sweet potatoes

Steamed green beans

 

 

Friday Spanish eggs: Place 1/4 cup of sals in a ramekin. Crack an egg on top and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes

1/4 cup of guacamole

Spinach salad with mandarin oranges and avocado, dressed with EVOO and white wine  vinegar Cod back with 1/2 cup of grape tomatoes, minced with garlic and lemon juice

Sautéed spinach

3/4 cup cooked lentils

Saturday Spinach, onion and feta cheese frittata

 

Burger of your choice mixed with EVOO and balsamic vinegar

1 apple

Sirloin steak

Baked sweet potato

Baked asparagus

Sunday Leftover steak sliced thinly and sautéed with eggs of your choice

1/2 avocado, slices

Mixed green salad topped with steamed shrimp, tossed with EVOO and balsamic vinegar Grilled or sautéed chicken breast with pesto

Sautéed green beans with garlic

Snacks choices 1 oz of almonds or

Red pepper strips, 1/4 cup of hummus

 

 

1 pear, 1 ounce of cheddar cheese or

1 apple  and 1 ounce of almond butter

1 hard boiled egg or

1 cup of grapes, 1 ounce of almonds or Kale chips
