Musicians and people who come into contact with loud noises on a regular basis stand a much higher chance of damaging their hearing and of getting Tinnitus. Some people may have a very mild Tinnitus. Where as other may suffer a much more serious kind of Tinnitus such as disabling Tinnitus or debilitating Tinnitus. Both of these forms of Tinnitus can affect people's lives in really serious way's.

Although there is no known medical cure as yet for Tinnitus. There are all kinds of claims that people have managed to either cure themselves of Tinnitus using a variety of methods. Or they have managed to lessen the sounds of their Tinnitus in some way's.

When you have Tinnitus and it is very loud or makes your life unbearable ,then people will try almost anything the get better or back to their old selves again. 

For people who are exposed to loud noises,obviously noise protection can be of great help. But when you are young and crazy,you feel that you are invincible and do not realize the long term dangers of loud noise exposure. 

Tinnitus can ruin people's lives,relationships,their work,and even their mental health. So to be able to prevent this would be much more advisable.

Tinnitus precautions such as wearing ear protection in the form of high fidelity ear plugs. Turning the volume down. And generally looking after your self can all help prevent you from getting Tinnitus.
