Breakfast … some people love it, some not.

I am definitely a lover of food in the mornings. And find it difficult to skip breakfast. If I do, my blood sugar seems to Wellbeingdrop and I can’t think… So mostly I eat a hearty bowl of porridge with dried fruit or fresh fruit on it everyday. 🍓🍇🍌🍒

Research has shown that having breakfast has a positive effect on ones mental performance and that the brain alone uses around 320 calories alone just to think. Now bearing in mind that the brain represents about 2% of a persons total weight ⚖️, it actually uses about 20% of the body’s energy use. Interesting!
