Counting Down - 7 Days til Launch

Welcome to today's instalment of my author diary.

One week to go until House of Scarabs launches! I'm flip-flopping between excitement and abject horror. Today's priorities were the production and development of social media material and the preparation of advertising.

If I split myself into three I'd still be fully occupied - this is when I miss the support of a team to delegate tasks. Being an indie author is a solitary affair and never more so than when you want to throw ideas back and forth - luckily for me I have an author friend who I can brainstorm and share ideas with.
