Certified Spin Instructor

We’re looking for someone who can provide a fun, motivating, and safe workout experience to each participant in a class setting. Excellent instruction and effective communication combine to create a positive and rewarding experience in every class. Instructors must be experienced, energetic, and reliable; must be certified by A.C.E., AFAA, or other nationally-recognized organization and/or hold a certification specific to classes taught. CPR/AED certification also required.

Certified Water Aerobics Instructor

Elite Sports Clubs is looking for energetic, enthusiastic water aerobic instructors to join our Elite team. Qualified candidates must be certified in water aerobics with an accredited water exercise training program. Instructors must be willing to commit to a variety of hours including mornings, evenings and some weekends. This part-time position is available immediately with compensation dependent on the instructor’s experience and qualifications.

Certified Yoga Instructor

Elite Sports Clubs is seeking a Yoga Instructor who will have experience teaching small-group specialty yoga classes. Elite Sports Clubs requires a passionate, positive, focused and driven Yoga Instructor. The Instructor will possess strong people skills, strong work ethic, and good communication skills. Must have a positive, friendly attitude and be a team player. Candidates must have 200+ CYT hours. Current CPR/AED certification. Ability to initiate and create friendly relationships with members, guests, and staff. Ability to remain flexible in order to adapt to changing work environments. Hours: Varies, depending on class schedules (early-mid mornings, evenings, and weekends)

Fitness Specialist - Certified Personal Trainer

Elite Sports Clubs has full-time position(s) available for a fitness specialist / personal trainer. Hourly + commissioned position. Work with members in a fitness environment to help them achieve their personal health/fitness goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must possess honesty and personal integrity. Be enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly. Be passionate, ambitious, driven, intelligent and knowledgeable. Excel in time management, organization, and follow-up skills. Have the ability to function as part of a team. Be able to take initiative. Related degree required or equivalent experience.

Front Desk

The front desk attendant is primarily responsible for greeting members and guests and accurately and efficiently routing them to their desired locations; controlling and logging member and non-member access to the facility; routing incoming phone calls; responding to members requests for information and assistance; handling retail and account transactions; functioning as a liaison with all departments and keeping the reception area in a neat and orderly manner. This is not a seasonal position and applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Grill/Poolside Café Attendant

The Grill/Poolside Café Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of duties within an outdoor food/beverage establishment which may include taking and preparing orders, serving orders to patrons, completing member/guest transactions, cleaning the food or stock areas, assisting in the kitchen area, and maintaining inventory.

Lifeguard

Must be Red Cross Certified. Responsible for implementing, assisting, and enforcing the rules, regulations, and safety guidelines of the pool facility at all times of operation while on duty. Provide backup support to other areas of the Elite Sports Clubs as needed. The primary responsibility of the lifeguard is the safety of the guests, and to practice customer-friendly interactions to enhance our guests’ swim experience each and every time they use the facility. Secondary duties include pool, deck, and general maintenance; and the conducting of programs and involvement in other forms of appropriate instruction and special events. Lifeguards are responsible for keeping themselves physically fit and their rescue skills at audit quality levels as set forth by Elite Sports Clubs standards. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.

Membership Services & Sales Representative

The primary responsibility of a Membership Sales Representative is to effectively recruit new members into the club through active prospecting, referral programs, and community outreach, as well as to provide excellent customer service to our existing members. Through an effective sales process, the Membership Rep is expected to produce consistent sales efforts in order to exceed both personal and team sales goals. Full-time, available days, evenings, and weekends.

Playroom Attendant

The Playroom/Junior Room Attendant is responsible for greeting members and their children, as well as providing proper safekeeping, education, entertainment, and orderly supervision of children. Attendants create a fun and happy environment where children want to come back often. Attendants must also maintain the Playroom / Junior Room in a clean, neat, and orderly manner. Must be very energetic and have good stamina, positive and service-oriented; must be disciplined and accountable for work and schedule; reliable and dependable; and truly love being with and entertaining children.

Quad Attendant "Referee"

Channel your inner child to participate and coordinate fun activities, monitor games, and interact with children of all ages. Job duties include providing a safe and positive environment for children in the Quad, take immediate action in any unsafe situations, and remain highly observant of any potentially unsafe situations. Must exhibit professional behavior and appearance at all times, maintain the cleanliness of Quad throughout the scheduled shift, and welcome parents and children with enthusiasm, eye contact, and a positive attitude. Other responsibilities may include interacting, planning and leading games, assist with running birthday parties, and promote and participate in department and club events. Applicants must be available a minimum of 3 shifts per week, as well as on nights and weekends, and be at least 18 years old.

Summer Camp Counselor (SCAMP)

A Scamp counselor must be able to follow and carry out a daily program designed to meet the physical and developmental needs of a group of children. They must be responsible and have the ability to supervise all Scampers assigned to their group. This person must be sensitive to the needs of individual children and relate well to both children and adults. Must be a high school graduate and at least 18 years of age.

Swim Lesson Instructor

Work with members from 6 months to seniors teaching both group and private swim lessons. Weekday after-school availability (4:00-6:00 pm) is a must. American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor or YMCA Swim Instructor certification preferred. Must be 18 or older and a high school graduate. Only fun, creative, and enthusiastic people need apply!

Tennis Coordinator

Elite Sports Clubs, Milwaukee’s number one destination for tennis, is expanding its tennis program by creating great social tennis programming! We are looking to hire a Tennis Coordinator who will help drive more recreational tennis programs, host tennis social events, and create more activity so that our members feel that they are part of our vibrant tennis community. The new tennis coordinator will do everything from organizing matches amongst members to hosting doubles clinics, from creating and managing small group lessons to hosting social mixers and much, much more. The successful candidate will focus on both adult and children’s offerings.

Please note: while we are always hiring teaching pros, for this position, we are NOT looking for a teaching professional. Instead, the successful candidate will have a passion for tennis and being social; in addition, they should be entrepreneurial with strong administrative skills. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits. Weekend and evening work expected.

Tennis Pro

Elite Sports Clubs, the best tennis clubs in the Milwaukee area, are looking to hire dynamic, fun, and exciting tennis pros to work with our clients!

We have programs for the littlest players who are just learning the game to women’s traveling teams, from tournament players to seniors who want to continue their lifelong passion and everyone in between.

We expect pros to have a “sweet spot” for a few types of players — maybe you really get excited about working with people who are brand new to the game, or maybe you really enjoy coaching people up from 2.0 to 3.0 — the great news is that we have needs in all areas because of the demand for our programs!

Elite has year-round robust existing programs that pros can coach, continuous opportunities to build private lesson business, and we are always looking to build new programs based on what our pros are excited about offering. We have openings for early morning, daytime, evenings, and weekends, offer competitive pay rates and are looking for both experienced full- and part-time instructors.
