We encourage you to complete this survey as it will provide information for Highland Prep to make decisions to support all our students and families. With enhanced safety protocols in place (hand sanitizer/hand washing/enhanced cleaning/face masks), but without a reduction in class size, I would like my student to return to school in person five days a week, if schools reopen on August 3 as originally planned.

With enhanced safety protocols in place (hand sanitizer/hand washing/enhanced cleaning/face masks), I would like my student to return to school in a five day a week learning hybrid model, which includes a blend of in-person and online learning, available for grades K-12. This model is designed to have fewer students in the building at any given time. One week my student would attend school in person 3 days and online learning 2 days. The following week, my student would attend school in person 2 days and online learning 3 days. I know that cohorts will be established by the school. The days that my student is not at school in person other students will be at school in person.

With enhanced safety protocols in place (hand sanitizer/hand washing/enhanced cleaning/face masks), I would like my student to return to school in person as infrequently as possible, and primarily participate in online learning.
