Franke’s Indigo Partners will join a Canadian investment groupBloomberg Terminal that intends to revamp charter airline Enerjet into a low-cost carrier in the mold of Spirit Airlines Inc. and Ryanair Holdings Plc. The first flights are targeted for around September.
