The medication is the generic of AstraZeneca's Accolate.

Camber's generic is available in dosage strengths of 10 mg and 20 mg. It is available in 60- count bottles.

Zafirlukast tablets is used for chronic treatment of asthma, and to prevent asthma attacks in adults and children as young as five years old.
