Hello, Hello!
We’re here to start up 2019’s series of public events and what better topic to start with than the classic “How to manage your time?” -issue?
We want to put this “problem” to bed, so we’ve invited some excetional people to tell us how do they manage to get so many things done within the same 24h time frame we all have available.
But enough with the talking, let’s meet the panelists!
Diana is an IT recruiter by day and a full-time nerd at night. In her free time she also gets involved in organising and hosting various events in the local IT community. With more than 6 years of experience in HR and IT Recruitment, strenghtened by a backround in Organisational & Ocupational Health Psychology, Diana had the chance for more than a sneak-peak at different tools and time-management tips & tricks, that is willing to share with us during this meetup.
Passionate about technology and everything related, with 17 years of PHP programming, 10 years business experience, always looking to learn, grow and improve. Dreamer and doer, all while building relationships and thriving for the best approach on every challenge, Lucian Daniliuc is going to tell us how he manages to keep his 3-years-now freelancing and his business going at the same time.
The panel will be moderated by our one and only Andrei Munteanu and hosted at the newest CoworkTimisoara space, The Garden.

Diana ne impartaseste din strategiile ei de cautare a candidatilor, din lucrurile diferite pe care le face pentru a incerca sa ajunga la candidati neabordati (iar in IT, stim sigur ca asta poate face diferenta intre un proiect incheiat cu succes si unul inca ramas deschis!).
De asemenea, Diana ne duce in zona de crestere a productivitatii cand vine vorba de munca de recruiter, cum sa ne programam activitatile mai bine astfel incat sa devenim mai eficienti.
Nu ratati o intalnire cu un speaker extrem de charismatic si care vorbeste din experienta proprie :)
