Adjustable QuickLink Chain

Using QuickLinks and an adjustable QuickLink buckle, pipes and tubes ranging from 12.6 - 96.5 cm (4.9 - 38 in) in diameter can be effortlessly scanned. Quicklinks facilitate swift and hassle-free connections, and assembling various chain configuration lengths is a breeze.

High Temperature Wheels

The ROTIX frame is equipped with high-temperature wheels that efficiently dissipate heat, ensuring the safety and integrity of the components by rapidly removing excess heat.

High Temperature QuickLinks

The Dovetail QuickLinks have been thoughtfully engineered to minimize heat transfer by limiting contact with the heated surface and utilizing stainless steel materials. Moreover, QuickLinks effectively straddle the weld, preventing scanner wandering and reducing overall scanner width.

High Temperature Cable Management

Slip Joint Probe Holder

The Slip Joint Probe Holder is designed to mount seamlessly to the ROTIX frame bar, offering easy positioning wherever needed. These spring-loaded probe holders are equipped with multiple adjustments, allowing you to position the wedge of your choice precisely as required.

High Temperature ROTIX Frame

The frame is the primary mounting point for various accessories, including probe holders, handles, and encoders. The high temperature wheels are designed to dissipate heat effectively while providing a smooth rolling motion. The handles are strategically placed to offer a convenient point of contact for easy maneuverability and scanner installation and removal from pipes.

High Temperature Cable Management, Dovetail Mount

Our High Temperature Cable Management system is designed to be easily mounted to any dovetail grooves on the scanner or Dovetail QuickLinks. This innovative material serves a crucial purpose by protecting cables and hoses from the extreme surface temperatures that the scanner may encounter.

High Temperature Standard Overtop Link

Our standard overtop link is specifically engineered to attach to the double chain mount of the ROTIX frame. It extends over the slip joint probe holders and securely connects to the QuickLinks.

High Temperature QuickLink Buckle

The QuickLink Buckle serves two important functions in your setup: it allows for easy chain tension adjustment and acts as the connection point for the QuickLinks assembly.

High Temperature Spring-Loaded Encoder

The spring-loaded encoder ensures constant contact pressure with the scan surface. This feature is crucial for accurate and reliable positional feedback. Cable Clip
