The $71.3 billion merger between Disney and Fox gave the House of Mouse rights to both the X-Men and the Fantastic Four, thereby completing their re-acquisition of movie rights the company sold during its '90s bankruptcy period (aside from Spider-Man, which they share with Sony). The last non-Disney led X-Men product to release is The New Mutants, but it's been delayed yet again due to the coronavirus. How this will impact their introduction into the MCU is still unknown.
