Do you want a kickstart in life? Do you need a coach to help you focus on the important things in life, - make better decisions and set smart goals or maybe you want fewer problems and more lessons? Find your online coach!

Wake Me Up is a non-profit organization that takes mental health seriously and offers young people between the ages of 16 - 22 free professional coaching via video calls. Wake Me Up aims to help young people find their own path in life and take advantage of their strengths.

We will support you, encourage you and help you understand that you have something to add to this world. It's time to wake up, -realize how amazing you are, no matter what you feel and what others think and think.

Book a time that suits you, and we'll meet, in a secure video call. What we talk about is completely confidential and up to you. We are here to provide support and tips along the way, so that it is a positive experience for both you and the people you have around you.

This is how it works:
- Enter the ordering function,
- choose the time and the coach that suits you.
- Fill in the details and complete the order.

Remember you must be logged into the app to be able to answer the video call from your coach. So log in at the agreed time, to be ready to answer when the coach makes the video call.
