A new pay what you can restaurant is opening on this Toronto campus

A brand new pay what you can restaurant is about to open at Toronto’s Humber North Campus.
Opening on September 25 at 205 Humber College, The Soup Bar is the latest initiative from Feed It Forward and expands on the PWYC model that repurposes consumable food that would otherwise be destined for landfills while also taking a “creative direction in fighting food insecurities.”
Founded by Toronto Chef Jagger Gordon, Feed It Forward already operates a food stall at Market 707 as well as a pay what you can grocery store. The latest soup bar addresses student hunger, letting “them worry about their studies and not their bellies.”
