Coaches available to leaders across Province V
Navigating roles and ministries with external support
Province V launched the Leadership Coaching Project in November 2020 in order to provide support for ministry leaders. Coaches are available to all people, lay and ordained, as they navigate their roles and ministries. Coaching is a dialogue between a coach and client, group, or team with the intention of finding creative ways to solve challenging problems or improve team performance on key initiatives. The coach's role is to draw out expertise through inquiry, curiosity, and challenges so that clients can stretch into their best selves.
To see it in action, watch a video of a 10-minute mini-coaching session.
Rates are specific to the individual, though some discounted rates may be possible if you Iive in a community with fewer than 20,000 people. You are invited to contact any coach directly. A list is available at this link.
