Hope you’re well. Just a quick notice about two urgent vacancies my major UAE client is trying to fill: IFA Sales Director wanted in Abu Dhabi Sales Director (SD) - Provides the required link between the CEO and the Senior Management team / Branch employees.
- Responsible for a team of 60+ Sales Financial Sales Advisors
- Works with Sales Managers and Advisors to enhance production and focus on KPI’s
- Implements Company strategy to achieve approved objectives, using a planned approach
- Provides leadership and direction to Senior Management and Branch employees
Salary wise for the candidate total package could be up to 250,000 US Dollars per year, but this is target driven and includes bonus.

General Insurance Manager- Dubai Manager -General Insurance - Responsible for looking at the commercial lines aspects of General Insurance
- Responsible for a team of 20 + Customer Service Team Members
- Support the Head of General Insurance in team management, new business development and client management
- Works with Head of General Insurance and Customer Service Team to enhance production and focus on the delivery of Customer Service and Account Management
