Speaking of appreciation, thanks for all the inquires about the safety of my family and I during Hurricane Florence. Because I live in central North Carolina, we only received LOTS of rain, some stiff winds, and had some localized flooding. Here's a picture of my backyard at the height of the storm:



I'm sure you have seen the devastation that taken place in Eastern North Carolina and parts of South Carolina, with more rising waters expected in the next couple of days. Please keep those folks in your thoughts and prayers as they begin to rebuild their lives.
