JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - An incident is causing major delays on Interstate 55 before Fortification St EX 96C.
The impact is high and the right lane has been blocked.
The Mississippi Department of Transportation estimates it will take approximately 55 minutes to clear the scene.
