But what about your job? Should you be putting that on your profile?
Well, Tinder is here to tell you. The popular dating app took a deep dive into their records and came out with a list of the most right swiped professions in the United States and the United Kingdom, The Independent reports. It won’t surprise you to learn that some jobs really are more attractive than others, although it might depend on where in the world you are.
It's Getting Hot In Here
First of all, let’s say this straight-up: firefighters are the shit. At least the UK seems to think so. Firefighters received the most right swipes from ladies across the pond. Meanwhile, somewhat surprisingly, interior designers were top dogs in the US. Perhaps tieing into the romantic comedy cliché of the dream man who's an architect?
Proving that some jobs have a certain appeal no matter where you are in the world, there are a number of US, UK crossovers. Pilots and teachers appear on both lists and interior designers come in third in the UK. Other popular occupations include lifeguard and personal trainer for the clearly oversexed Brits; while typically high-earning roles like lawyers, engineers and producers get women going right in the US.

What Do Men Want?
As for what the men are swiping on, in the US men go right for nurses and dentists. Meanwhile, our UK pals are really into business development managers. Oh, and bartenders and flight attendants across the board, of course.
