Turret Security Team Leader Bug Fix

Attention, Commanders! A bug was recently brought to our attention that was resulting in players not being able to properly equip Turret Security Team Leaders to their proper Turret Emplacements.

This is now fixed, and Turret Security Team Leaders like PFC Reginal can now be properly equipped to their assigned turrets.
